The Angenieux Type EZ-1 is a Fast, PL mount Full-Frame zoom lens for large sensor cameras like the Sony FX9, Venice, and ARRI Alexa Mini L. By switching the rear lens group, it can also be tailored specifically for Super 35 mm format cameras.The type EZ-1 zoom has a faster T2 maximum aperture and a larger 30-90 mm focal length when set up in Super 35 mm mode.
The recently released Angénieux Type EZ series will bridge the large gap between entry-level zooms for still photography and the renowned Optimo/Optimo Style family of lenses used in the film business.
