Description

The Tiffen 4 x 5.65″ ND 1.2 Filter is a solid neutral density filter that reduces exposure by four stops.

This 1.2 density darkens the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than would otherwise be required.

You can control depth of field and convey movement more easily by increasing your aperture or slowing down your exposure time. Neutral density filters have no effect on image colouration and are ideal for combining with other filters.

ColourCore technology was used to create this filter, which involves laminating the filter substrate between two pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch.

This filter is 4 x 5.65″ (101.6 x 143.5 mm).
