The Expo opens with the Film Competition screenings on Thursday, in Paramount’s Sherry Lansing Theatre. Winners will receive prizes like cameras, lighting, support, and accessories thanks to the generous donations of the Film Series Sponsors.

The Optical Devices Division of FUJIFILM has appointed Tom Fletcher as Director of Sales. In his new role, Fletcher will oversee sales and promotion of broadcast and cinema lenses in North America. Working under the guidance of division Vice President Gordon Tubbs, Fletcher will lead the sales efforts of six regional managers in North America. Fletchers position is effective immediately.

As part of the companys overall initiative to increase awareness of its Cine-Style zooms among Cinematographers, Camera Operators and Camera Assistants throughout the world, the Optical Devices Division of FUJIFILM, FUJINON has embarked on a series of hands-on, educational seminars.
