FSR Announces “Rocktober” to Celebrate the Company’s Return to a Trio of Industry Events

FSR hits the ground running in October showcasing a range of sophisticated solutions at NeoCon, NECA and Infocomm

Woodland Park, NJ (September 23, 2021) —FSR is excited to announce “Rocktober”, which is a phrase that the company has coined to celebrate its in-person return to industry trade shows in October 2021. The first show, NeoCon is the international leading platform and most important event of the year for the commercial design industry which takes place on October 4 in Chicago, Illinois. The second is the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), which caters to electrical contractors, electrical distributors and AV dealers, and offers a place for industry professionals to convene each year so they can stay ahead of the industry landscape and prepare for the future of the electrical construction industry. NECA runs from October 9-12 in Nashville, Tennessee. The third is Infocomm, one of the leading audiovisual solutions events in the AV calendar, which runs from October 27-29 in Orlando, Florida.

“Like many other businesses across the world we’ve followed COVID-19 “stay at home” orders to protect our colleagues, families and friends,” explains Jan Sandri, President, FSR. “Now that it’s safer to do so, we can’t wait to get back in front of our customers during “Rocktober” to show them all the great products and innovations that FSR has been working on. We’re proud that we’ve enhanced our portfolio to help people adapt during this time of constant change.”

NeoCon - Booth: 7-3078 - October 4th

NECA - Booth: 2029 - October 9-12

FSR will be demonstrating its new Modular Linx System (MLS) at both NeoCon and NECA. MLS provides a robust and expandable power platform, a perfect fit for attendees of both shows. The easily installed MLS distributes two-20 Amp AC power circuits to create a relocatable and reusable modular power system. It makes elegant connectivity a breeze for multiple applications including Classrooms; Libraries; Training and Multi-Purpose Sites; Ballrooms; Conference, Data, Processing and Call Centers; or any scenario that would benefit from daisy-chained power distribution.

MLS utilizes a patented locking connector designed for rugged use in a small form factor. This UL listed, CSA certified system is typically installed under the work surface as a single or dual circuit with a power distribution box at each point of use or can be used in open ceilings and walls. Tee cables can also be used to split the system at any point in its path.

MLS can be used with FSR’s Smart-Way Raceway wire management solution, a NECA 2019 Showstopper Award winner, to provide ample space to receive power. MLS is suitable for use in environmental air handling spaces (plenums) and is built around an eco-friendly design. A minimum system comes standard with an input-feed, power distribution boxes and connecting cables.

At NECA, FSR will also unveil its new MLS pre-wired ceiling boxes, which allow electrical contractors to install and power the MLS starter cable at any time during the initial construction phase. The Ceiling Boxes

+ MLS eliminate the need for return visits to the site to connect AC to the ceiling box saving considerable time and money.

Infocomm - Booth: 3121 - October 27-29

At this year’s Infocomm FSR will feature its full complement of tried and trusted infrastructure, collaboration and charging solutions as well as its switcher and scaler families. Highlights will include the new Modular Linx System (MLS) along with its CB-MLS celling box version that comes pre-wired, the latest Smart-Way Raceway platform with loads of upgrades, the feature-rich FL-400 Floor Box, and an exciting new 4x1 switcher.
