ROTOLIGHT APPOINTS UK SALES MANAGER

Rotolight, the award-winning British LED lighting manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Danny Dullforce to the position of UK Sales Manager.

In his new role with Rotolight, Dullforce will be leading the UK sales team and driving brand awareness across the photography and broadcast sectors, as well as growing channels to market and sales revenues of the company’s multi-award-winning range of LEDs.

Dullforce is a highly motivated and proven sales manager who brings a wealth of experience to the company, with a varied career spanning more than 20 years. He has keen insight into the photography market, having worked for the likes of Morris Photographic and T4 Cameras.

Most recently, Dullforce worked for DayMen International Ltd where he held the role of regional sales and development manager for almost five years and looked after the well-known camera accessory brands Lowepro and Joby.

“Rotolight is a pioneering company with a range of industry-first innovations for the photography and video markets and I am really excited to build on the success to grow the UK market further. I look forward to working with the extremely dedicated and passionate team, and to developing quality relationships with new and existing dealers across the region to grow the business,” says Dullforce.

Rod Aaron Gammons, MD of Rotolight, says: “We’re delighted to welcome Danny to our ever-expanding team and growing business. Danny’s photography market expertise, combined with his professionalism and well-established relationships with our existing dealers, make him the ideal addition to our team. His appointment couldn’t be better timed as 2017 was an incredible year for Rotolight, with three high profile product launches, and 2018 is shaping up to be the same, especially in light of recent award wins for our products.”

Most recently Rotolight was honoured with the Photography News ‘Best Innovation’ in the photographic industry award for the NEO 2 on-camera LED. Up against the likes of Profoto A1, Sony A9 and Fujifilm GFX, the NEO 2 won based on thousands of customer votes.
