PSSI welcomes new project manager to team

PSSI Global Services, a live event management, transmission, production and connectivity provider serving clients across the globe, has welcomed Jason Caldwell to its team as a project manager in the company’s Strategic Television division.

Caldwell will be based in the Los Angeles area, and his initial focus will be working with Strategic Television's seasoned project management team to familiarize himself with the company's unique approach to live event management. As a Strategic project manager, he will work closely with each client to understand their needs, and then coordinate with PSSI’s engineering team, vendors, partners and venues to develop bespoke transmission plans that ensure all project goals are met successfully.

“PSSI provides services for many of the world’s most highly anticipated live events, bringing innovation and a commitment to excellence to every project,” Caldwell said. “I am looking forward to being part of such an exceptional team and contributing my expertise to support our clients’ continued success.”

Caldwell brings nearly two decades of experience in the industry to his new role. Prior to joining the PSSI team, he held positions in sales and business development, as well as working as a master control operator and bookings coordinator, at The Switch. He has also served as an associate director for KTLA and a senior director and master control operator for KWTX News 10.

“We are thrilled to be welcoming such an intelligent, talented individual to our team,” said Matt Bridges, Strategic Television president at PSSI. “With Jason’s extensive experience in operations, sales and product development in the transmission industry, he will be a tremendous asset to our company and our clients.”
