Scality’s vast experience in distributed file systems and object storage has resulted in a new patent that empowers customers to recover from any disaster or ransomware attack with increased precision. The new innovation provides the technical basis for enabling snapshots at massive scale, with the ability to capture billions of files in a single snapshot, leap-frogging the capacity of traditional NAS file systems by orders of magnitude.
