Imagine Communications assists Naaptol with Expansion of Online Shopping Channels

Imagine Communications, empowering the media and entertainment industry through transformative innovation, has supplied critical infrastructure to quadruple the channel playout count at Naaptols production and playout facility. All four channels are now running 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Home to one of the largest online retailers in India, the Naaptol facility, which now delivers content to its viewers over cable and satellite, was upgraded in close collaboration with Ideal Systems, a leading systems integration firm based in India.

National Archives of Australia goes live with TMDs Mediaflex

The National Archives of Australia (NAA) has gone live on time and on budget with a new audio visual asset management system developed in conjunction with TMD, the leading provider of media asset management systems for digital and physical assets in a single system. The extensive project, with a TMD team collaborating from the original scoped work through to final commissioning and testing, provides NAA with the ability to control all of the audio visual media it holds on behalf of the Australian  government and its agencies preserving the memory of our nation as the NAA describes it.

National Archives of Australia selects TMDs LTFS archive solution
Amsterdam, IBC 2013, 12-17 September, Stand 2.C58: TMD, already implementing an audio-visual collection management business system for the National Archives of Australia (NAA), is to add LTFS capability to provide secure, application-independent long-term storage. This is one of the first applications of TMDs Mediaflex Archive LTFS file system in a major audio-visual asset management implementation.
