INSIGHT TV and rsquo;s Legendary Show: Secrets of DarkFEST Returns for Season Two

INSIGHT TV, one of the world’s leading UHD broadcasters and producer of native UHD HDR content covering action sports, entertainment, and lifestyle, has announced that it is continuing its highly successful co-production partnership with Monster Energy by commissioning Secrets of DarkFEST season two, which will premiere later this year. This follows the success of season one, which launched in September 2017.
Secrets of DarkFEST provides mountain bike fans around the world with exciting, behind-the-scenes and no holds barred content that delves into the trials and tribulations of creating one of the world’s craziest mountain bike (MTB) events, DarkFEST, co-produced with Monster Energy. The 2018 event has a new location in Stellenbosch, South Africa, old and new MTB faces, a bigger course and insane jumps that even the craziest MTB Heroes will find daunting.
Fans will get to see how the world’s biggest MTB challenge is organised, how the riders prepare, how they ride the course and master the jumps, how they play and everything in between. If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to be an MTB Hero, then this film is for you!
“MTB fans all around the world really got behind the first season of Secrets of DarkFEST and in this new show we’re going to bring them even closer to the action,” says Arun Maljaars, INSIGHT TV’s Global Content Strategy Manager. “When we announced season one on INSIGHT TV Facebook, we reached over one million views, therefore we’re delighted to continue working with Monster and to deliver unique programming that allows us to push the extreme sport boundaries in the highest quality.”
