Jeffersonville High School TV and amp; Radio Broadcast Program in League of its Own with Clear-Com

Indiana’s Jeffersonville High Schoolis in a league of its own when it comes to broadcast production for WJHIRadio and TV, rivaling even collegiate-level programs offered by universities around the US. Over the last five years the school has worked up to its elite status, constructing a production studio from the ground up, a new football stadium complete with a press box and broadcast booth, as well as the most recent addition of a sprinter van. The goal of these extensive upgrades is to provide students access to industry-standard technology in preparation for careers in broadcast post-graduation, and Clear-Com®’sEncore®Analog Partyline with IFB was included in this goal from the outset.
Clearly Human Tour Goes Clear-Com in First-of-its-Kind Hybrid Show Experience

The Todd Rundgren ten week tour, “Clearly Human,” was scheduled and rescheduled three times since March 2020 before landing on what was the first-of-its-kind adaptation of a “road” tour, localized in Chicago but virtualized across 25 different “stops” in major US cities. Each stop was curated to the look and feel of each city and included all the elements of a “normal” tour—an enormous video wall, lighting system, pyrotechnics and special effects—all of which required the same coordination as any major live music event. To ensure smooth communication between production team members as well as to maintain appropriate social distancing requirements, the tour employed Clear-Com®’s Encore® Analog Partyline Intercom System.
