Grass Valley Comes to Broadcast India 2019 with Powerful Portfolio of Glass-to-Glass Solutions

Grass Valley today announces it will showcase its applications-driven suite of solutions at Broadcast India 2019, (October, 17-19, stand E-503) underscoring how it enables broadcasters, rights holders and media service providers to create, manage and deliver captivating and immersive content that engages audiences on any device.

GV Alyve is a cloud-based video production and distribution toolset that simplifies live video workflows and optimizes them for live streaming over social media platforms. GV Alyve enables broadcasters and media organizations to go live with a single click, create digital broadcasts from within a web browser, and switch live between streams. GV Alyve also enables broadcasters to add graphics and social interactions.

On the company stand (#E-503) Grass Valley will demonstrate how its solutions enable seamless workflows for live and at-home/remote production. The company's Korona, Karrera-3ME, Kahuna and the Kula-1ME suit a wide range of requirements and can quickly adapt to any production environment. The live production switcher series supports multiformat production in any mix of SDI and IP, HD and 4K UHD, and SDR and HDR. Grass Valley’s Kaleido multiviewers will be on the booth and have been designed to expand and interoperate seamlessly with any workflow, saving customers space and lowering overall costs. Grass Valley's powerful LDX 86N Camera Series will demonstrate on the company's booth how it delivers unmatched performance and image quality. The latest version of Grass Valley’s powerful live highlights and replay system, LiveTouch, which integrates 4K UHD slow-motion replay, direct playout and full super-slow-motion support will also be on display,

Grass Valley will also highlight how it is empowering customers by simplifying content management workflows so they can better respond to consumer demand for first-class content. Ignite Konnect, the automated production control platform is a software and hardware combination and provides a central point of management for control room devices so staff can be reassigned to the field for newsgathering. The latest version of GV STRATUS video production and management system delivers a suite of tools that includes a new web client simple editor for access and editing from anywhere and on any device, along with IP support for the GV I/O SDI ingest server that features a COTS-based engine built on standard IT hardware.

Visitors to the Grass Valley booth will also see EDIUS Pro 9, the most versatile and fastest nonlinear editing software available, with real-time editing for multiple formats and frame rates all on the same timeline.
