Studios take a keen interest in SubtitleNEXT and rsquo;s Live Subtitling capabilities

The SubtitleNEXT team resports success from APTRAD and Languages & the Media Virtual conferences last month. With media accessibility being more urgent than ever for broadcasters and AVT professionals, the timing is vital.

Highlights at the Berlin L&M show coveredmachine translation, automatic speech to text and text to speech technologies and how these innovations affect how content owners, media studios, language service providers and freelance subtitlers achieve results as they work on key projects.

Functions and capabilities that media studios require such as workflow management solutions capable of incorporating automatic transcription and translation processing are already available in NEXT -TT and SubtitleNEXT, with both solutions receiving acknowledgement and interest at the shows, credited as extremely useful and affordable for companies to invest in, irrespective of their size.

Live subtitles for live events and meetings was another key topic on the agenda. SubtitleNEXT is clearly a market leader in the live subtitling field offering various user-friendly tools and provides advanced offline subtitle preparation capabilities in a single application.

In response to audience requests at these recent events, the team at SubtitleNEXT will be holding a series of free tech “SubtitleNEXT Friday Workshops” as of mid-October onwards, to demonstrate how to create subtitles from scratch or from source. The first session takes place 15th October. Everyon is welcome to join here https://join.skype.com/GJn8QL88GBhT
