Passaic County Technical Institute Upgrades Studio with JVC CONNECTED CAM Cameras

JVC Professional Video, a division of JVCKENWOOD USA Corporation, today announced Passaic County Technical Institute, a vocational high school in Wayne, upgraded its studio in April with three CONNECTED CAM GYHC900 broadcast camcorders. Paired with Canon lenses, the cameras are used to produce a variety of student projects including Tech Today, an ongoing YouTube series that highlights PCTI students, faculty, alumni, and events.

WFIE Improves Live Sports, Breaking News Web Content with JVC ProHD Studio 4000S Streaming Studio

JVC Professional Video, a division of JVCKENWOOD USA Corporation, today announced WFIE, the NBC affiliate in Evansville, Ind. (DMA #103), is using its ProHD Studio 4000S live sports production and streaming studio to produce breaking news and local sports coverage for the web. Owned by Gray Television, the station originally purchased the system last summer in time for high school football season.
