Known for its VOD transcoder and video player, Bitmovin has now matured its live encoder to deliver the same flexibility - operating across AWS, GCP, Azure, Okami Cloud, and Oracle Cloud.
Igor also introduces server-guided ad insertion, a hybrid between client-side and server-side methods. This innovation allows media companies to block ad blockers, scale to hundreds of thousands of concurrent viewers, and even personalise ad experiences for end users.
