SPORT NEWS MBC selects SatLink for Olympic transmission Intercomms… C lear-Com is the principle supplier of intercoms at the venues during the Olympic and Paralympic Games in and around London. All venues, with the exception of Cycling and Wimbledon, will utilize Clear-Com’s intercom systems for communications during the games. The intercoms will be strategically deployed at different positions at the venues depending on the sport. Typical users/operators of the intercoms will include the Producer, Announcers, Audio Operator, Playback Op, Visual Mixer, Timers, Scoreboard Op, Spotter, Workroom Editors, OB Director & Op, (individual) Sports Secretary, and Venue Manager.
