Nice example of the industry standard, first generation Ph.C Alchemist HD Professional motion compensated resolution and frame rate converter from Snell & Wilcox, dating from the early 2000's. 

The Alchemist Platinum Ph.C motion-compensated standards converter delivers excellent conversion performance using the award winning phase correlation motion estimation technology from Snell & Wilcox. Transparent conversion is achieved using a 3-stage 46 point temporal spatial filter and internal processing is performed at 4:4:4 resolution and at a minimum of 12-bit precision. Alchemist Platinum Ph.C provided at the time the most advanced standards conversion between standard definition formats 525/59.94 & 625/50. High definition outputs are provided using a single step motion compensated upconversion process to 1080i, 1035i & 720p high definition standards.

Video inputs, outputs, external reference and convertion function tested and working. Upgraded to dual power supply.
Lots of interesting hardware. This still useful piece of video history is ideal for collectors and amateur video enthusiasts.
Some scratches and a few button caps are missing, but this doesn't prevent functionality.
