CONDITION & HISTORY
Former rental inventory from RGEAR's active fleet. Each unit has been cleaned, tested, and serviced by our in-house engineering team prior to listing. Pre-ship service includes: sensor block inspection, lens mount contact cleaning, firmware verification, and full I/O testing across SDI, HDMI, audio channels, and timecode.
Cosmetic notes (consistent across the fleet):
- Minor body scratches consistent with professional rental use
- Permanent asset engraving / ID markers
- Any stickers and residue will be removed prior to shipping
Aside from sticker removal, what you see in inspection photos is what ships. No surprises.
SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
RGEAR ships worldwide. Buyer is responsible for shipping, crating, and freight insurance; we coordinate at buyer's expense. Standard export documentation provided. International buyers are responsible for import duties and customs fees.

RGEAR Terms & Conditions
1. Condition. All equipment listed for sale is sold as-is. Items are former rental inventory, cleaned, tested, and serviced by RGEAR's in-house engineering team prior to listing. Cosmetic wear consistent with professional rental use should be expected. Specific condition notes are included in each listing.
2. Payment. Payment is required in full before equipment ships. Accepted methods: wire transfer (USD), Trustap-secured payment via KitPlus, or other methods agreed in writing. Buyer is responsible for all wire fees, currency exchange costs, and bank charges.
3. Pre-Ship Service. Each unit receives a full pre-ship inspection: sensor block check, lens mount cleaning, firmware verification, and I/O testing across SDI, HDMI, audio, and timecode. A pre-ship report is available on request.
4. Inspection Period. Buyers may inspect equipment in person at RGEAR's facility in Burbank, California prior to purchase. Once shipped, buyer has 48 hours from delivery to report any discrepancy between the equipment received and the listing description. Claims after 48 hours will not be honored.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, crating, insurance, and freight arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing. RGEAR can coordinate shipping at buyer's expense. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to the freight carrier (FCA Burbank, Incoterms 2020).
6. International Sales. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and compliance with destination-country regulations. RGEAR will provide commercial invoices and standard export documentation but does not act as the importer of record.
7. Returns & Warranty. All sales are final. No returns or refunds except in the case of items materially misrepresented in the listing description. No manufacturer warranty is transferred unless explicitly stated. RGEAR makes no warranties beyond those stated in this document.
8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
