The HVL-LBPC LED battery video light delivers high-intensity illumination (1,800 lux at 1 m, and 2,100 lux at 1 m in Blight booster mode), long lifespan (10,000 hours), and reduced power consumption (16 W). Designed to provide excellent wide-angle coverage, it pairs perfectly with NXCAM and XDCAM camcorders. It offers even lighting across the entire field of view, while the included diffuser softens shadows and reduces contrast. The HVL-LBPC is powered by BP or L Series batteries, offering approximately 3 hours of operation with an NP-F970 battery. When connected via the Multi Interface (MI) Shoe on camcorders like the PXW-X180, the light can be automatically turned on or off based on the camcorder’s power or recording status.
