The BP-MX2 is now more compact, which reduces the weight of travel chargers.
The BP-MX2 is housed within an ABS ventilated casing, which eliminates the need for internal fans to keep high temperatures at bay while also reducing fan noise. On the MX2 charger, the casing also includes a recessed LED display for battery indication.
